  • CANCELLATION POLICY


    Delegates who find themselves unable to attend ICC 2024 after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations should be notified in writing by e-mail to Insight Outside at registration@icc-lyon2024.fr
    • Cancellations until 15 April 2024: 50€ for administrative costs
    • Cancellations from 16 April to 15 June 2024: 50% penalty
    • Cancellations after 15 June 2024: no refund - 100% penalty
     
    Exclusions
    - If you do not get your VISA, and you can prove it through documents, we will refund 100% of your fees (except 50€ for administrative costs and banking fees for the refunding), should we receive the notification at least 30 days prior to the conference.
    - Conference organizers cannot accept refund requests from the conference delegates that result from cancelled flights and/or natural disasters/calamities.
     
  • DATA PROCESSING (GDPR)


    The information entered into the registration form will be subject to computer processing by Insight Outside. It is processed by computer for Société Chimique de France in order to manage the logistic organisation of the International Congress of Catalysis 2024.

    The list of recipients of the data will be strictly limited to the following suppliers of the Symposium:

    As in-person participants of ICC 2024, the registered delegates authorize the organizers to use any photograph or video taken during the congress and to make it available on the congress website and on partners medias ; to the express exclusion of operations outside the context of the communication activities related to the event, and any use likely to damage reputation or any other medium of pornographic, racist, xenophobic character or any other prejudicial exploitation.
