    		   The 18th International Congress on Catalysis will remind in our collective memories. We are filled with a sense of gratitude, inspiration, and immense pride. Over this congress week we have witnessed an extraordinary convergence of minds that will shape the future of catalysis and, by extension, our world.

    The discussions and exchanges have underscored the critical role that catalysis plays in addressing some of the most pressing challenges of our time: biomass conversion, energy solutions, remediation, CO2 conversion, the prominent integration of solar energy and electricity in catalytic processes, and also the use of IA in our daily research, without forgetting the well-attended more fundamental catalytic topics. The impact of our work is profound and far-reaching.

    First and foremost, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our distinguished speakers whose groundbreaking research and thought-provoking presentations have been the cornerstone of this congress. We had lively poster sessions and Round Tables. Your contributions have sparked vigorous discussions, fostered collaborations, and opened new avenues of inquiry.

    We would like to highlight the commitment of younger colleagues. Their dynamism and their capacity to innovate have been a breath of fresh air for the organization of this congress.
